Michelle C.'s Meal Plan
Michelle is a mother and a lawyer, with long work days and not a lot of time to sit down and eat something healthy. We met to establish a plan to fuel her work day, taking her from busy mornings with her kids, through days with long trials. We customized her nutrition plan to reflect her health goals and food preferences.
Kara's Nutrition Plan
Kara had very specific needs and as a result turned into one of my proud moments from this Fall. She was diagnosed with Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes in her late 20s. Through discussion and brainstorming, we decided to try to approach her blood sugar control through lifestyle and nutrition. She has gone over 1 month without insulin and has shocked her doctors!
