Health Assessment and Consult
Let’s talk about you. This is a one time session that is designed to talk about your diet, your fitness, and your lifestyle. Based on our conversation together we build a jump start plan to improve your overall health immediately. This can include; identification of nutrition and fitness goals, a meal plan including snacks, menu edits to items that are already working for you, exercise schedules, and more. This service is best suited for those that want to dip their toe in the water, you potentially have a good base but want to build on your foundation. Sol Nutrition provides you with the nutritional plan but it’s up to you to implement.
As with your nutrition goals our Health Assessment and Consult is unique to you.
Group Coaching
Life is better as a team! We run 14 day group sessions that are designed to kick start healthy habits. You and the group will be given a start date, a meal plan, access to a dietitian through online webinars where we answer all your questions, and a closed community where you can keep each other accountable and motivated. Sol Nutrition runs these on a quarterly basis.
One on One Coaching
You and me - we are going to be friends. This is for the person who is ready to make the changes that last a lifetime. We will meet on a weekly basis for a minimum of a month. We define a plan that includes diet, fitness and lifestyle upgrades. Our weekly check-ins keep you accountable and we continually fine tune the plan based on what is and what isn’t working for you in terms of nutrition, fitness and lifestyle. I want to raid your pantry as well as tour your grocery store with you and provide you with all the information and help to make you successful in your journey to become the healthiest version of yourself!
